2. Pricing and Availability: All prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Dawgy Couture by Pineiro Couture is not responsible for typographical errors in the pricing section. In the event that an item is priced incorrectly, Dawgy Couture by Pineiro Couture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
3. Taxes: Sales tax will be applied to all orders according to applicable tax rates. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
4. Shipping and Delivery:

• Estimated Delivery: Delivery dates provided are estimates only and may range from 5 days to 2 weeks for standard shipping. Dawgy Couture by Pineiro Couture does not ship on weekends or holidays.
• Delays: Dawgy Couture by Pineiro Couture is not liable for delays in delivery due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, military actions, delays in transportation, war, riots, and other extraordinary events.

5. Returns and Refunds:

• Return Policy: New, unused, and undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us via email Dawgycouture@yahoo.com to initiate a return. All returned items must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• Shipping and Handling Fees: Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If the item was damaged in transit, we reserve the right to request photographic proof of the damage before processing a return or replacement.
