- Processing and Handling: We require 3 to 5 business days to carefully package and prepare your item for shipment. Each item is crafted and inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards.
- Shipping Time: Once your item is ready for shipment, it will be sent via approved carrier, depending on your location. Shipping typically takes between 5 to 10 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery’s progress.
- Delivery Factors: Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as destination, location, and unforeseen circumstances affecting courier services. While we strive to deliver promptly, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other external conditions beyond our control.
- Damage Reporting: Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If there are any damages, contact Dawgy Couture by Pineiro Couture Customer Service at dawgycouture@yahoo.comwithin 24 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and your order details. Unfortunately, any damage reported after 24 hours becomes the customer’s responsibility, and Dawgy Couture by Pineiro Couture cannot be held liable.
